has magheaven been in business?
We have been selling magazines since 1980. We were one of
the first to offer our magazines over the internet, and
have been selling magazine subscriptions on the internet
for over 8 years.
In addition, we work with scores of schools and libraries,
businesses of all sorts, and membership associations throughout
the United States with a combined membership in excess of
five hundred thousand members.Top

What are your business hours?
Our website is open 24/7. Email our customer service department if you have any questions and someone will get back to you within 24 business hours. We have live support Monday thru Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Top

How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed online by visiting our website and placing an order using our secure shopping cart. If you have a complicated order, or just prefer working with a representative in placing your order, call us on our toll free number, 1-877-884-5523. Orders can also be sent by regular mail to us. They can be faxed to us at 954-747-7189, but you must include your credit card information. Lastly, orders can be sent to us via email at customerservice@magheaven.com.Top

Are there any other charges, in addition to the ones your
website?
NO! The price shown is the total amount you pay for the
subscription. There are no other charges, such as shipping
and handling, or sales tax.Top

We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express and Discover.Top

When will my credit card be charged for the order?
When we receive your order we quickly submit it to our clearing
house for processing. Because they require that we send
our payment along with the order, we must charge your credit

Can I pay by check?
Yes. If you are mailing in your order to us, we do accept
checks or money orders. Either should be made payable to

How long do magazines take to start?
We advise all our customers to allow 6-12 weeks for magazines to begin. Generally, weekly magazines start sooner than monthly subscriptions, and bimonthly take slightly longer. This is standard for the industry.Top

Do you give my personal information to anybody else?
Unlike many other companies, we do not sell our mailing
list.

What if I have a problem with my magazine?
Our customer service department is open 9 Am to 4 PM EST, Monday thru Friday, to handle any problems you may have.
If you do not receive your magazine within the specified time period, contact us via email and we will resolve the problem.
If you do not get an issue you are supposed to, or the magazine comes in damaged, you should call the publisher's toll free customer service number and report the problem directly to them. You can check the magazine for the toll free customer service number or email us for it.
If you do not get the satisfaction you expect from the publisher, email us and we will help.Top

Do you send out the magazines?
No. We are subscription agents, responsible for obtaining
magazine subscription orders. We submit our orders to various
clearing houses, which in turn submit the orders to the
publishers.
The publisher is responsible for sending out the magazine
to you.Top

What is your satisfaction guarantee all about?
If after 12 weeks you have not received your magazine, call us on our toll free number and we will take measures to correct the problem. If 14 weeks has transpired and you still have not received the magazine, we can issue you a full refund, if your order is not on the publishers system.Top

Can I renew magazines through your company?
Yes. Not only do we handle new orders, any magazine subscription
shown on our website can be renewed with us. When ordering,
tell us the magazine is a renewal, and whenever possible,
give us the expiration date of the current subscription.Top

Do you automatically renew my subscriptions?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Unless we hear from you, we will never automatically
renew your subscription as some publishers are currently
doing. You must tell us that you want to renew and place
a new order with us.Top

Will you contact me before the expiration date to find out
if I want to renew?
Yes. This is one reason we take your telephone number. We
will try to contact you by telephone approximately 4 to
5 months before your subscription expires to find out if
you want to renew it. If we cannot reach you by phone, we
will send you out a renewal notice. If however, you do not
hear from us within this time period, contact us if you
wish to renew the magazine or subscribe to another magazine.Top

How soon should I renew my subscriptions with your company?
Since magazines can take 8-12 weeks to start, you should
renew your subscriptions at least 12 weeks prior to their
expiration date. This will guarantee that you will not have
a lapse in your subscription. In the event of a lapse, once
the new subscription picks up, you will receive the full
length of the subscription.Top

Can I send magazines to someone else?
Yes. You can send magazines to anyone you choose, as long
as they live in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico) Sorry, no orders outside the United States
can be processed. If you are sending the magazine as a gift
and want us to send a gift card, free of charge, just let
us know when you fill out the order on our shopping cart.Top

Do you ship magazines outside the United States?
No. At the present time, we cannot ship magazines outside
the United States. We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto
Rico.Top

Do you carry any other magazines besides the ones you show
on your website?
Magazines are constantly changing and we are always adding
new magazines to our website. If you do not see the magazine
you are interested in, email us to find out if we carry it.Top

How does your package offers work?
Currently, we are offering five (5) special magazine packages
designed for the individual who orders numerous magazines
at a particular time. Each package allows the individual
to choose 4 magazines, from a large selection. Each package
is priced to save the customer a considerable amount of
money if he/she were to order the same magazines individually.
Within a particular package, a magazine can be ordered more
than once. Magazines can also be sent to as many people
as desired. Top
21. How do
I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 72 hours of placing them. After that time period, they are submitted to our clearinghouses for processing and we cannot get a refund. Accordingly, you must email us promptly, within the 72 hour time period to cancel your order.Top

What if I need to change my mailing address?
If you are already receiving the magazine, you need to call the publisher. Most publishers have a toll
free customer service numberlisted in their magazine. If you cannot find it, email us. If you are not yet getting the magazine, email us and we will make the change for you.Top

How do I find a specific magazine?
A search box is available at the top of every page throughout
our website. You must enter the correct spelling of each
word in the title. You do not need to type in each word
of the title. A search will come back of all magazine titles
with whatever words you have indicated in your search. You
may also browse for a magazine by category. Or, you can
find the magazine you are looking for by clicking onto our
alphabetical list of magazine titles.Top

How do I place a gift order?
During the checkout process, you will be able to set your
gift options for each item you order. If a subscription
is a gift, check the gift box and enter a brief message
that will appear on the recipient's gift announcement card,
if you want to have a message included.Top

Is there a charge for the gift card?
No. Gift cards are sent free of charge, but they must be
requested by you.Top

When will the recipient receive the gift card?
All gift cards are mailed out within a day or two of your
order, unless you indicate to us a specific date you would
like us to mail it out.Top
27. Do I get a receipt for my order?
When you use our shopping cart to place an order, we ask
for your email address so we can send you an electronic
acknowledgement via your email account. You can also print
a copy of your order after you submit it to us. If you order
by phone, mail or fax, a post card receipt will be mailed
out to you via regular mail, acknowledging receipt of your
